Riverbend event for Navy Seals Kids

The Riverbend Ladies Golf Association from Riverbend Golf Course in Kent will be hosting the Navy Seals Kids Charity Golf Tournament July 12 at Riverbend Golf Course.
The event is a charity for the Navy Seals Kids group called NSWkids, which was established to support the needs of the children of Navy Seals crewmen and support personnel. In 2011, 17 Navy Seals and five support personnel were killed when their CH-47 helicopter was shot down in Afghanistan, leaving their family and especially their kids without fathers.
The tournament will be a four-person scramble and must have a minimum of one woman on each team. For more information please check out www.rlga.org.
